All who know Tommy Doss know him to be an humble and private man, and we totally respect those virtues. Tommy sang with the Sons of the Pioneers for some 14 years continuously and in recording sessions for several more years, and provided the wonderfully recognizable voice with the "Bob Nolan" sound in the trio for all those years. Tommy's contribution to the total sound of the Pioneers during that time was tremendous indeed, and along with Lloyd Perryman.
